Elliott Wave Live: Yields Break Out, Pushes Stocks LowerJul 24, 2026

Hey traders,

Thanks to everyone who joined yesterday’s webinar!

As we discussed during the live session, markets turned into risk-off environment. Higher crude oil prices, ongoing geopolitical tensions, and rising US Treasury yields continue to put pressure on stocks. At this stage, we still favor further strength in crude oil and the US dollar, while bonds and metals are likely to remain under pressure. Stocks also appear to be in a deeper corrective phase, with room for additional weakness into late July or August.

In crypto, we continue to favor one more push toward the 67k area on Bitcoin, but upside momentum is fading and an ending diagonal pattern suggests any additional gains could be limited before another corrective decline. Hyperliquid (HYPE) continues to stand out as one of the stronger coins, although we still expect a deeper wave 4 pullback toward the $50 area before the broader uptrend resumes.
